Mr. Jimmy Roger (Jimbo) Galyean, age 59, of Lambsburg, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at his home. Mr. Galyean was born in Carroll County on December 23, 1957 to the late Edgar Monroe (Sambo) and Maggie Pearl Galyean. Mr. Galyean was well known for years as a mechanic. Left to cherish his memories are a sister Nellie Creed Johnson, three aunts; Pat Atkins, Addis (Sam) Bryant, Marie Norman, two nephews and their families; Steve and Michelle Kirkham, and daughter Betsy, Chris and Pepper Galyean, and sons Christopher and Lucas, Several Cousins and several special friends. In addition to his parents Mr. Galyean was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with services conducted by Rev. Woody Flippin. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until time for the service at the funeral home and at other times at the home of Chris and Pepper Galyean, 121 Koala Lane, Lowgap (off of Watershed Road).
