​Mrs. Vadis Myrna Sowers

Mrs. Vadis Myrna Sowers, 94, of Cana, VA passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Galax Nursing and Rehab. She was born June 1, 1923, to the late Bennie T. and Maude M Scott Vipperman. Mrs. Sowers is survived by a daughter, Zella Bellina; grandchildren, Brenda Morrison, Patricia Scott and Douglas Scott. In addition to her parents; Mrs. Sowers was preceded in death by her first husband, James Arthur; and her last husband, Clifford Sowers; a son, Donald Scott and two grandchildren, Darryl Wayne Pearson and Sharon Marie Pearson; and several siblings.
