​Ms. Rita Annette Byrd

Ms. Rita Annette Byrd, age 60, of Mount Airy, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017, at her home. She was born October 27, 1957, to Betty Byrd and the late Roy Lee Byrd. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will dearly missed by all who knew her. Left to cherish her memory is a son and daughter-in-law Brian and Lisa Byrd; a daughter Amanda Byrd and fiancé Robert Creed; eight grandchildren, Michael, Brianna, MaKenzie, Allie Byrd, Gracie Reece, Brooke Byrd, Laykin Creed, and Austin Mabe; a sister and brother-in-law Julie and Wade Keith; a brother, Rick Logan; and a niece and nephew, Sabrina Keith and Jeremy Keith. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2017, at 2:00pm with services conducted by family members.
