Adrianne Paige Combs

Adrianne Paige Combs, 15, of Cana, VA passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home on Thursday, February 9, 2017. She was born in Surry County on September 26, 2001 to Daniel Brett and Marian Paige Williams Combs. Adrianne was a precious daughter and truly a special blessing to all her family. In addition to her parents, Adrianne is survived by two sisters, Elizabeth and Olivia Combs; grandmother, Pamela Williams and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Adrianne was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Jay Williams and her paternal grandparents, David and Edith Combs. A memorial service will be held at 4:30 PM on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Bryant, Sr. and Rev. Tim Hawks officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:30 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Autism Society of NC, Surry County, P.O. Box 7108, Mt. Airy, NC 27030 or to Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, 401 Technology Lane, Suite 200, Mt. Airy, NC 27030. The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to all the caregivers, aids and teachers for the dedicated care and love they gave Adrianne over her lifetime.
