Mrs. Amber Annette Cope Bryant, age 47, of Mount Airy, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. Mrs. Bryant was born on April 21, 1977, in Surry County to Charles Cope and Joyce Blevins. Amber was a loving wife, mother, grandmother (Mimi), sister, and friend. She enjoyed shopping, eating Mexican and Japanese, vacations, and anything family oriented. Her family was very important to her, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Surviving is her husband of 12 years, Christopher Wayne Bryant; four daughters, Kenya and TJ Brown, Hannah and Chris Butera, Jessica Bryant and Dylan Starkey, Ali Bryant; a son Keaton Hudson and Maleigha Brintle; grandchildren, Kasyn Butera, Maelyn Butera, Harper Bryant, Hudson Starkey, Hayden White, Isaiah Hackett; father-in-law, Lewis Bryant, Sr.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Lewis Bryant, Jr., and Amy, Teresa and Neil Flanary; aunt and uncle, Mel and Ray Ross; loving friends, Jimmy and Scarlett McCormick, Keldon and Debbie Smith, and Kevin Hudson; and her fur babies, Bo-Bo and Blaze. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Sylvia Bryant, Lynda Simpson, her father-in-law’s partner; and her fur baby Scooter. A memorial celebration service will be held a later date Reverend Jeff Wall officiating. Inurnment will follow at Trinity Church’s Columbarium in King, North Carolina. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
