Ann Elizabeth King

Miss Ann Elizabeth King, 62, of Mount Airy, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2011, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Miss King was born January 31, 1948, in Surry County, to Barnett Grant and Nancy Ila Beamer King. She was a certified nursing assistant and a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Surviving are a brother and sister-in-law, James B. and Linda King of Winston-Salem; two nieces, DeAnn K. Morgan and her husband, Jay, of Winston-Salem and Lisa K. Anderson and her husband, Bert, of Fort Mill, SC; three great nieces, Lucinda Gail Anderson, Josie Carol Morgan, and Ella Jane Morgan; and a great nephew, Mason William Morgan. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 25, 2011, at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Dale Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday at the funeral home from 10:00 until 11:00 AM.
