Anthony Richard Miller

Mr. Anthony Richard "Tony" Miller, 48, of Dobson, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Mr. Miller was born April 15, 1962, in Surry County, to Nellie Coe Miller and the late James Richard Miller. He was a disabled machinist and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are his mother, Nellie Coe Miller of the home; a sister, Tammy Miller Williams of the home; aunts and uncles, Nannie and Glenn Hardy, Nancy Coe, Buster and Ila Mae O'Neal, Charlie and Mary Miller, Ruth Miller, and Jimmy and Faye Coe, all of Dobson; a special nephew, Chase Lowe of the home; a special cousin, Terri Coe Woodring of Dobson; and several other cousins. A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 20, 2010, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Salem Baptist Church, with Dr. Bobby Lewis officiating. The family will be receive friends at the home of his mother. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to his mother in memory of Anthony Richard Miller, 216 Charlie Miller Road, Dobson, NC 27017. There will be no formal services held at Moody-Davis Funeral Home.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday by Salem Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the church, by Dr. Bobby Lewis.
