Anthony Ray Ogle

Mr. Anthony Ray Ogle, 56 of Dobson, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at his home. Mr. Ogle was born in Marshall County, Alabama to the late Vircie and Ninnie Worley Ogle. Anthony was a member of Holy Cross Baptist Church. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him. Left to cherish his memories are his sisters and brother-in-law, Sandra Ogle Whitaker and husband Carl, Joyce Ann Ogle; three brothers, George Paul Ogle, Joel Thomas Ogle, and Donald Richard Ogle; several nieces and nephews; along with special friends, Anita Bowman, Annette Bowman, and Melonie Haynes. In addition to his parents, Mr. Ogle was preceded in death by three sisters, Audie Cisco, Alice Elizabeth Ogle, Billie Jean Ogle; four brothers, Kyle Rayford “Pete” Ogle, Calvin Eugene Ogle, Vircie Randall Ogle, James Robert Ogle. A funeral service will be held Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Holy Cross Baptist Church at 11:00 AM with Rev. Butch Holder officiating. Burial will follow in the Holy Cross Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Holy Cross Missionary Baptist Church from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
