Avery Dale Combs

Mr. Avery Dale Combs, age 57, of Cana, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019, at his home.  Mr. Combs was born in Carroll County on July 20, 1961.  He was so loving and kind to everyone who ever met him.  He will be dearly missed by his mother, Edith Hawk Jones; his daughter, Candice Combs; Cindy Beaty; a brother and sister-in-law, Aaron and Amanda Combs; and many special friends. Mr. Combs was preceded in death by his father, Archie Combs; an infant brother, Lorenzen Combs; his step father, Herman Jones; and his grandparents, Howard and Goldie Combs and Grady and Lonnie Hawks.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at Paul’s Creek Baptist Church by Rev. David Sechrist.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
