Baby Emmitt Tailer Goss

Emmitt Tailer Goss was brought into this world on February 26th, 2019, at 8:22 PM at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem and passed away at Brenner’s Children’s Hospital on March 9th, 2019.  Emmitt fought very hard and for as long as he could.  We asked God to make our son better, and that he did. We may not understand why it had to be by taking him, only God knows why.  Special Family was his parents Dakota Micheal Goss and Dakota Elizabeth Brook Ellis; his grandparents, Portia Goss (Oma), Ricky Ellis, Libby Ellis, Tim Thompson, and Wendy Crissman; his aunts and uncles, Amber Ellis, Tiffany Ellis, Ricky Lee Ellis Jr, Brendan Goss, and Jasmine Hawks; special aunt and uncle is Todd and Alice Mercier, his great grandparents Russell and Carolyn Jones (Nanny and Pa), and Helen Felts (Granny); his Godbrother Billy Joe Robertson (Billy Jean); and his Godparents, Margaret Tilley and Austin Akers.  We know that Emmitt is looking down on us from Heaven with Taylor Thompson, Megan Davis, and his Grandma Wendy.  Please pray for our family in the days to come.  A celebration of Emmitt’s life will be held at his home at 2241 South Main Street Mount Airy, NC 27030 beside Grace Academy and down the road from the Mount Airy Meat Center. This will be held Saturday March 16th, 2019 at 11AM. Caleb Thomas will be conducting the services. There isn’t much parking at the house, we are working on alternate parking, please see signs.  We have a double driveway, if you need to drive up and let anyone out you can. There will be signs so you know where to go.
