Becky Welborn Adams

On January 29, 2022, Rebekah Welborn Adams went to her heavenly home.  Becky was born on April 27, 1956, to the late Dwight and Beatrice Welborn.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband, Dennis Lee Adams.  Becky worked at Brown Wooten and was later employed by Forsyth Medical Center’s Health Connection.  She was a very loving, kindhearted person who never knew a stranger.  She will truly be missed by her family and many friends.  Left to cherish her memories are sisters and a brother-in-law, Judy Conte, Deborah and Lee Mills, III; brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Deborah Welborn; stepchildren, Mark and Amber Adams, and Tara and David Brinkley; step grandchildren, Tyler Adams, Hayley and Dominick Gutierrez, Sheldon and Jesse Morton, Emma Wood, and Eryn Wood; step great grandchildren, Lexi Gutierrez, Rain Gutierrez, and Makenna Morton; nieces, Kathryne Welborn, Taylor Mills, and Cathy and Dale Houser; nephews, Jesse Mills, IV, and Jared and Brittany Mills.  The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 until 1:00 PM at Welcome Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be held Friday, February 4, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Welcome Baptist Church with Dr. Rick Jackson and Rev. Terry Coe officiating.  Burial will follow in Jessup Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.  Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy is serving the Adams family.
