Belinda Ann Ross

Ms. Belinda Ann Lusk Ross, 71, of Mt. Airy passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.  She was born in Beckley, WVA on April 10, 1949 to the late Shelvie and Vercie McKinney Lusk.  Belinda retired from Sara Lee Corporation.  She was a devoted Christian and attended Bud Missionary Baptist Church.  Belinda loved gardening, her little dog Rocky, but most of all, her only grandchild Chris, whom she cherished.  She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia “Cindy” and Kenny McMillian of Cana; a grandson Christopher “Chris” Steven Mack and Jessica Lynn Hawks of Mt. Airy; a sister Janet O’Neal of Augusta, GA; several beloved nieces and nephews, special friends; and an honorary daughter, Teresa Lowe, that’s always there.  In addition to her parents, Belinda was preceded in death by two sisters, Norma Jan Lilly, and Reva Hollins of Ohio.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
