Bertie "Juanita" Clement

Mrs. Bertie “Juanita” Hall Clement, 88, of Claudville, VA, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.  Mrs. Clement was born January 17, 1932, in Patrick County, VA, to the late Nathaniel T. and Clemie Vaughn Hall.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who will be dearly missed.  Mrs. Clement was a faithful member of Church of Christ in Stuart, VA.  She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Hennis Clement; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Vickie and Kevin White, Gail Smith, and Sandy and Randy McCuiston; a son, Steve Clement; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; her stepmother, Arlene Hall; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Clement was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruby Beasley and Lorene DeHart; five brothers, Roy Hall, Claude Hall, Alvin Hall, Delma Hall, and Leonard Hall; and a special niece, Linda Hall Cox.  The funeral service will be held Thursday, July 9, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with Pastor Aaron Blackard, Pastor David Heath, and Pastor David Lewis officiating.  Burial will follow in the Hall Family Cemetery.  There will not be a formal visitation at the funeral home; however, friends may pay their respects on Wednesday from 2:00 until 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
