Bessie Marie Bell Lewis

          Mrs. Bessie Marie Bell Lewis, age 84 of Meadows of Dan, Virginia passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center.  She was born in Kenton, Ohio on March 11, 1935, to the late Cloe Hater. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband, Arzie Lewis; One daughter, Cheryl Lewis; a son, Richard Lewis; One sister, Linda Clement, and a brother, Danny Bell. Bessie was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great grandmother and also loved to read, shop and do crossword puzzles.

          Surviving are her two daughters, Victoria Horton (Danny) and Mercelle Dehart (Eldwood)  both of Meadows of Dan, 5 grandchildren; Cheryl Cesaro, Christina Horton, William Perdue, Tyler Dehart, and Ethan Dehart, 5 great-grandchildren; Madison Colna, Theo Colna, Trevor Cesaro, Destiny Cesaro, and Lelia Perdue.
