Betty Jean Bingman Donathan

Ms. Betty Jean Bingman Donathan age 66 of 127 Echo Ridge Lane , Pilot Mountain passed away Sunday morning, January 7, 2007 at the Northern Hospital of Surry County. She was born May 17, 1940 in Surry County, NC to Allene Inman Bingman. and the late Ansley Lee Bingman. She was retired from Kentucky Derby Hosiery and was a member of Indian Grove Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ellen and Roger Thomas, Pilot Mountain, NC, two sons and a daughter-in-law, Carl Lynn and Nadine Edwards, Pilot Mountain, NC, and Kenneth Wayne Donathan, Jr. of Pilot Mountain, NC, mother, Allene I. Bingman, of the home, a granddaughter, Amanda Lynn Willard, Pilot Mountain, NC, a brother and fiancee, Kirby Bingman and Susan Elliott, Pinnacle, NC. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at Indian Grove Family Cemetery conducted by Rev. Keith Love and Rev. Tommy Floyd. The family will receive friends 7-9 Monday night at Moody Funeral Home of Mt. Airy where her body will remain until taken to the cemetery for the graveside service.
