Betty Lue Knott

Mrs. Betty Lue Cromer Knott, 68, of Mt. Airy passed away at her home Monday, January 7, 2019.  She was born in Stokes County March 4, 1950 to the late Bryson Patrick and Mary Viola Southern Cromer.  She is survived by her husband, Tony Knott; her daughter, Michele Knott; her son and daughter-in-law, Gray and Angie Knott; grandchildren, Leslie and Andrew Knott; sisters and a brother-in-law, Linda Kiser, Sally and Bill Williams and Nancy Brintle; and a brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Robyn Cromer.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Knott was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Lawson; brothers, Billy, Oneil, Buddy, Bobby, Jack and Glenn Cromer.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Indian Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Garrett Bryant and Rev. Frank Harmon officiating.  Burial will follow in the Indian Grove Community Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.  Online condolences may be made at www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
