Betty Lou Tucker

Mrs. Betty Lou Fulk Tucker, age 90, of Pinnacle, passed away Monday, March 7, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 28, 1931, in Surry County to the late Hurbert Claude Fulk and the late Kate Marion Fulk. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Melvin Tucker and her son-in-law, Doug Spurrier. Left to cherish her memories are her children, Melva Kay Spurrier, David and Vickie Tucker and Martha and Mike Plaff; grandchildren. Nichole Blanton, Paul Hartsoe, Brian Hartsoe, Heather Goforth, Kacie Wilson, Amber Chiotakis, Tucker Spurrier and Kayla Hartsoe; great grandchildren, Izzy, Lincoln, Cleat, Tanzy, Fields and Madelyn. Mrs. Tucker loved her family, especially cooking and baking for them. She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church, and had last worked in afterschool daycare. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 9, 2022, in the Fairview United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. J. M. Fulk Jr. officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Operation Smile, 502 East Cornwallis Street #L, Greensboro NC 27405. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson is serving the Tucker Family.
