Beverly Jean Beverly

Mrs. Beverly Hicks Beverly, age 77, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Central Continuing Care in Mt. Airy.  She was born in Wake County on May, 13, 1943 to the late William Alfred “Bill” Hicks Sr. and Edith Sylvia Jarrell Hicks.  She was a loving Mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will surely be missed by all who knew her.  Left to cherish her memories are daughters and son-in-law, Lisa and Kenneth Bryant, Janene Clement; son, Jerry “Kent” Beverly; grandchildren, Justin Bryant, Jarred Beverly, William Bryant and wife Paige, Jenna C. Boles and husband Garrett, Ashley Clement and Samantha Beverly; great-grandchild, Audrie Boles; sister and brother-in-law, Kathe and Teddy Beaver; brothers and sisters-in-law, William Alfred “Billy” Hicks Jr. and wife Lu Ann Hicks, Mark and Margaret Hicks and Tony and Kristine Hicks and a special brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Don and Mabelene Beverly .  In addition to her parents Mrs. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Wayne Beverly; sister, Sylvia Hicks.  A private graveside service will be held at Skyline Memory Gardens.  In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association or The Alzheimer’s Research Foundation at 315 Little Rd. Suite, 146, Trinity, FL 34655.  The family would also like to thank Central Continuing Care staff for the excellent care and love they provided to Mrs. Beverly and her family during her stay there, as well, a special thanks to Calvary Baptist Church.
