Beverly Ann Thomas

Mrs. Beverly Ann Thomas, age 72, of Meadows of Dan, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. She was born in Illinois on May 8, 1949, to the late Paul Roberts and Rose Heaton Roberts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul Roberts, Don Roberts, Jack Roberts; and two sisters, Janet Roberts, and Loretta Roberts. Beverly was a member of Meadows of Dan Baptist Church and will be remembered for her easy-going personality and her great, loving heart. Mrs. Thomas worked for Ford Motor Company for 30 years. She was known to be slow to anger, and nothing ever seemed to upset her even during trying times in her life. Beverly will be missed by all who knew her.

Mrs. Thomas is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Raymond Thomas of the home; one son, Duane Thomas (Maricely Hernandez) of Roanoke; one stepdaughter, Lisa Brumm of Waterford, Michigan; and many special friends.

A graveside service for Mrs. Thomas will be held Sunday, October 24, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the Thomas Family Cemetery with Pastor Shawn Carter officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Meadows of Dan Baptist Church, 2511 Jeb Stuart Hwy., Meadows of Dan, VA 24120.
