Billy Nash Collins Sr.

Mr. Billy Nash Collins Sr., age 79, of Pinnacle, passed away Monday, August 8, 2022, at Village Care of King. He was born November 30, 1942, in Surry County to the late Ernest Collins and the late Norma Belle Woody Collins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Annie Ruth Ayers Collins. Left to cherish his memories are his daughters and sons-in-law, Darlene and Ken Aman, Linda and John Allen, and Glenda and Javan Martin Jr.; son, Billy Nash Collins Jr. and Raynette McMillian; eleven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Riley and Frances Collins and Bob and Kay Collins. Mr. Collins had worked as a custodian in the Surry, Stokes and Forsyth school systems and was a member of Imogene Baptist Church. Visitation will be Thursday, August 11, 2022, from 11:00 till noon at Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson. Services will begin at 12:00 PM in the Moody-Davis Chapel with Rev. Ken Aman officiating. Burial will be in the Imogene Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at other times at the residence of Darlene and Ken Aman. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Village Care of King, 440 Ingram Drive, King NC 27021. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson is serving the Collins Family.
