Mr. Billy Graham Mitchell, Jr., 60 of Spencer, VA, passed away Saturday at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville and Henry County. He was born on October 14, 1952 in Danville, VA and was of the Pentecostal Faith. His grandparents that raised him, Louis and Ida Mitchell, preceded him in death.
Surviving Mr. Mitchell is his wife, Connie Human Mitchell of the home; three step children; Daniel Smith of Stuart, Jeff Smith of Spencer and Angela Forbuss of Missouri, his best friend and caregiver, Danny Reynolds of Spencer, his estranged father and step mother, Billy and Rosa Mitchell, Sr. and half sisters, Louise Collie and Jackie Kendrick.
