Bobby Arnold Burkhart

Mr. Bobby Arnold Burkhart, age 84, of Claudville, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Blue Ridge Nursing in Stuart. He was born on August 15, 1940 in Patrick County to the late John and Alice Pell Burkhart. He was a farmer and a faithful member of Flippin Memorial Baptist Church. Left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Nellie Montgomery, Pam (Jim) Griffith; brother, Robey Burkhart; sister-in-law, Hazel Burkhart; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Mr. Burkhart was preceded in death by a sister, Hester Culler; brothers, Fred and Barney Burkhart. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy with service conducted by Rev. Tim Burton. Burial will follow in Pedigo Cemetery in Ararat, Virginia. The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:00 PM until the time for the service at the funeral home.
