Bobby Ranzy Jessup

Mr. Bobby Ranzy Jessup, 78, of Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at his home. Mr. Jessup was born December 18, 1931, in Surry County, to Ulysses and Ila Surratt Jessup. He served our county in the United States Navy. Surviving are two sisters and brothers-in-law, Eunice and James Marion of Kernersville and Janie and Gene Draughn of Mt. Airy. In addition to his parents, Mr. Jessup was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Gorley. A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 1, 2010, at 11:00 AM at Skyline Memory Gardens. No formal visitation will be held.
