Bobby Lee MaHone

Mr. Bobby Lee MaHone, age 85, of Mt Airy, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. He was born on September 1, 1936, in Surry County to the late Jess and Lela Marsh MaHone. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who will surely be missed by all who knew him. Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Peggy Owen MaHone; sons and daughter-in-law, Michael and Wendy MaHone, Ronald Speaks; grandchildren, Aspen and R.J. Speaks; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Opal Hawks and Polly Johnson. In addition to his parents, Mr. MaHone was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters. There will be no formal services at this time. Mr. MaHone will be laid to rest at The Community Church Cemetery.
