Bobby Ray Sechrist

Mr. Bobby Ray Sechrist, 44, of Mount Airy, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012, at Duke Medical Center in Durham. Mr. Sechrist was born July 29, 1967, in Surry County, to the late Bobby Lee Sechrist and Mary Quesinberry Beck. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Sechrist of Cana, VA; his father, Bobby Lee Sechrist of Mount Airy; his mother, Mary Quesinberry Beck of Mount Airy; a son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Shelia Sechrist of Mount Airy; a grandson, Ryan Sechrist; a stepdaughter, Gina Huff and her husband, Alan, of Westfield; a granddaughter, Laken Huff; a sister, Diane Ross of Mount Airy; a special cousin, Dennis Easter; and several aunts and uncles. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at 2:00 PM at Old Hollow Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Johnny Easter officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy.
