Brenda Bennett

Ms. Brenda Iris Hendricks Bennett, 59, of Mount Airy, passed away on Tuesday morning, June 1, 2021, at her home in Mount Airy, NC.  She was born in Martinsville, VA on September 24, 1961 to the late Harvey Gene Hendricks and Nancy Lea Bonham Hendricks.  She was a loving mother, sister, and friend.  She worked as a CNA for Surry Yadkin Residential Services.  Brenda was a big animal lover, but nothing could take the place of her true love, her black mustang GT.  Left to cherish her memory are her son, Justin Wayne Bennett; her sister, Sandy Hendricks; brother and sister-in-law, Greg and Sandy Hendricks; eight nieces and nephews, one great-niece; one great-nephew; and special friends, Lynette Branch and Amy Pike.  There are no services planned for Brenda at this time.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the Bennett family.   To send flowers to Brenda's family, please visit our floral store.
