Brian Corey Wilson

Mr. Brian Corey Wilson, age 40, of Lowgap, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem.  He was born on October 1, 1977 to Jerry Wilson and Brenda Bryant Poindexter.  Mr. Wilson was a Volunteer Fireman #7221 of the Skull Camp Fire Department in Lowgap.  Left to cherish his memories are his father Jerry Wilson of the home; mother and step-father, Brenda and Ronald Poindexter; sister and brother-in-law, Donna Dixon and fiancé Todd Carico; brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Pennie Wilson; nephew Cody Dixon and wife Chyna; nieces, Paige Dixon and fiancé Raymond Johnson, Kennedy Wilson, Santana Wilson and all his special friends at Skull Camp Fire Department.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 2pm at Liberty Baptist Church in Lowgap with services conducted by Bro. Arlis Thomas and Bro. Joe Atkins. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Wednesday June 6, 2018 at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy.
