Bridgette Monique Bouldin Hiatt

Mrs. Bridgette Monique Bouldin Hiatt, 51, of Mount Airy, passed away Thursday evening, August 18, 2022, at Northern Regional Hospital.  Mrs. Hiatt was born July 30, 1971, in Surry County, the daughter of Mickey Marion and Billie Jo East Bouldin.  Bridgette worked as an insurance biller at Wake Forest Baptist Health and was a member of Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church.  She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Alan Rodney Hiatt, II of the home; three daughters and sons-in-law, Amber and John Paul Sigmon of Elkin, Taylor and Luke Spangler of Mooresboro, and Jordan and Sumner Ellis of Macon, GA; five grandchildren, Cameron Rosendahl, Connor Rosendahl, Coltyn Sigmon, Mason Sigmon, and Carley Spangler; her parents, Mickey Marion and Billie Jo East Bouldin of Mount Airy; a sister and brother-in-law, Michele and John Dickenson, Jr. of Pinnacle; a brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Jennifer Bouldin of Pilot Mountain; seven nieces and nephews; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Alan Rodney and Barbara Hiatt of Ararat, VA; and her brother-in-law and his fiancée, Mark Hiatt and Sandra Barnett.  A service of worship and celebration of Bridgette’s life will be held Sunday, August 21, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Eddie Honeycutt and the Rev. Bill Faw officiating.  Burial will follow in the Gunnell Family Cemetery in Ararat, VA.  The family will receive friends Sunday from 12:30 until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
