Bruce Allan Cockerham

Mr. Bruce Allan Cockerham Age 55 of Dobson passed away Monday July 11, 2011 at the Northern Hospital of Surry County. Mr. Cockerham was born July 22, 1955 in Forsyth County to Ora and Nannie Matthews Cockerham, he was in service at Parrish Tire, Co. and was of the Baptist Faith.. Surviving are his wife Darlene Dowell Cockerham of the home, one daughter and son-in-law Heather and Jamie Gammons of Mt. Airy, one son Matthew Cockerham of Dobson, one step son Kevin Poff of Dobson, two grandchildren Courtney Gammons and Devin Gammons and by one sister and brother-in-law Linda and Gray Browder of Mt. Airy. Mr. Cockerham was preceded in death by a sister Brenda Cockerham. Funeral services will be held Wednesday July 13, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Faith Baptist Church with services conducted by Rev. Randy Edwards and Rev. Eddie Bailey with burial to follow in the Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday night 6 to 8 P.M. at the church. Moody Funeral Services will be assisting the Cockerham Family.
