Bruce Wayne Hiatt

Mr. Bruce Wayne Hiatt age 58 of Pfafftown, NC. passed away Sunday January 6, 2013 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston Salem, NC. Mr. Hiatt was born April 6, 1954 in Surry County to Elizabeth Puckett Hiatt and the late Albert Reid Hiatt, Jr.; he was employed in retail sales and was a member of Old 52 Church of Christ. Surviving are his mother and stepfather Elizabeth Hiatt Bowman and Tony Bowman of Mt. Airy, his Godchildren Victoria and Myles, one sister Sharon Hiatt of Mt. Airy, four brothers and sisters-in-law Mike and Linda Hiatt of Mt. Airy, Dennis Hiatt of Columbia, SC, Steve and Tammy Hiatt of Cedar Creek, TX and Mark and Mendy Hiatt of Pilot Mountain, several nieces and nephews, special friends Teresa, Chris and Reid and his faithful dog Max. A memorial service will be held Wednesday January 9, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Moody Funeral Home Chapel with services conducted by Minister James Gibbons. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:00 AM until time for the service at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane Winston Salem, NC. 27103.
