Buford "Bruce" Pack

         Mr. Buford “Bruce” Pack, age 73 of Stuart, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Atrium Health Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC.  He was born in Surry County, NC on May 11, 1950, to the late Buster Pack and Eunice Thompson Pack.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Rachel Biggs; and a daughter-in-law, Lorrie DeHart Pack.

         Surviving is his wife of 54 years, Faye Biggs Pack of the home; one son, Mark Pack of Stuart; two grandchildren, Marcus Bowman, Vanessa Ashworth; 11 great grandchildren; one sister, Connie Sue Pack of Stuart; one brother, Carl Pack of Rocky Mount; and several nieces and nephews.

         A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 2:00 PM at New Spoon Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Elder Lowell Hopkins officiating.  Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1079C Spruce St., Martinsville, VA 24112 or to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Dr., Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202.  Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
