Carol Ann Brown

Mrs. Carol Ann Davis Brown, 74, of Mt. Airy passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 at her home.  She was born in Surry County on July 23, 1946 to the late John Milton and Peggy Baldwin Davis.  Mrs. Brown was owner of K & B Kennel, and had previously worked for the City of Greensboro, and Wal-Mart.  Mrs. Brown is survived by her grandchild, Christina Kelly Gandolfo and husband, Thomas; a sister Judy Wright, a son, and special friends Christine Johnson, and June and Todd Abbott.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Malcom Brown; A graveside funeral service will be held at Oakdale Cemetery on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 2:00 PM with Father Lawrence Hiney officiating.  There will not be a formal visitation at the funeral home.  Carol Brown was the kindest, most gentle and caring lady. She loved her animals unconditionally. She will be missed by not only her many two legged human friends, but also by her multitude of four legged furbabies.  In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to Tiny Tigers Rescue, P.O.
