Carolyn Martin

Ms. Carolyn Sue Martin, age 63 of Stuart, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.  She was born in Patrick County on February 15, 1958 to the late Jesse and Delcie Howell Goad.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Goad, and a brother, Buster Goad.          Surviving are two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bo and Rachel Goad of Patrick Springs, Willie and Juanita Goad of Stuart; and several nieces and nephews.          Moody Funeral Home in Stuart is handling the arrangements and a private burial will be held at the Hooker Family Cemetery.  A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
