Charlene Roberson Williams

         Mrs. Charlene Roberson Williams, age 85 of Stuart, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 at her home.  She was born in Patrick County on June 8, 1935 to the late John W. Roberson and Audrey Reynolds Roberson.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Dean Williams; and five brothers, James, Frankie, Ray, Gilmer, and Murray Roberson; and step-mother, Crystal Fain Roberson.  She was a member of Stuart Presbyterian Church, and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

            Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie and Debbie Williams of Stuart, Mark and Sylvia Ann Williams of Danville, Barry Williams of Stuart; one daughter, Angela and Erica Davis of High Point, NC; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one sister, Shirley Trent of Stuart; one brother, Johnnie B. Roberson of Stuart; special friend, Frank Heath of Stuart; and several nieces and nephews.

         A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Patrick Memorial Gardens with Pastor Danny Redman and Rev. Dr. Bucky Hunsicker officiating.  Friends may come by Moody Funeral Home in Stuart on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 to pay their respects.  If desired, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Patrick County Chapter, P.O.
