Charles William "Bill" Bailey

Mr. Charles William “Bill” Bailey, age 81 of Stuart, Virginia passed away in the Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center on December 28, 2022.  He was born in Draper, North Carolina on May 3, 1941, to the late Powell Ray Bailey and Lois Vest Bailey.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers.   Bill faithfully served his country in the United States Army.  He liked to travel and see the countryside.  He will be remembered for his good, humble nature and his love for all people and animals.

Bill is survived by two brothers, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
