Charles Henry Hall

Mr. Charles Henry Hall, 59, of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2010. He was the beloved son of the late Louise Elizabeth Mungo and Silas Asa Hall. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his wife, Tita Cayme Hall. He is survived by his sons, Charlie and Stuart Hall; two sisters, Susan Kay McWatters of Fayetteville, GA, and Melba Ann Eason of Liberty, SC; a niece, Shannon Elizabeth Harris and her husband, Bill of Simpsonville, SC; and two great nephews, John and Mark Harris, both of Simpsonville, SC. Mr. Hall was a graduate of Headland High School, where he played in the band and was on the tennis team. He was a graduate of the University of Georgia. Mr. Hall was employed by the Department of Community Health, Georgia Public Health Laboratory, as a Laboratory Associate in the Virology Unit. A memorial service was held Saturday, October 23, 2010, in Fayetteville, GA. A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, November 27, 2010, at 2:00 PM at the Hall-Montgomery Cemetery in Ararat, VA, with Dr. Roger Gilbert officiating. The family will meet at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy prior to the service at 1:00 PM. The family requests that contributions in Charles Hall's memory be made to First Baptist Church, 714 North Main Street, Mount Airy, NC 27030 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
