Charles Franklin (Bud) O'Neal

Mr. Charles Franklin (Bud) O'Neal age 49 of 195 Beagle Lane, Mount Airy, NC husband of Angela Johnson O'Neal, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. O'Neal was born in Surry County on June 8, 1958 to the late Clyde Franklin O'Neal and Elzie Bowman O'Neal and had been employed at Hicks Waterstoves. Surviving are his wife, Angela Johnson O'Neal of the home; one son, Brandon Keith O'Neal of Mount Airy; a special granddaughter, Samantha Jade O'Neal of the home; a sister and brother-in-law, Charlene and Rex Bode of Rocky Mount; special sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jill and Clyde Johnson of Mount Airy; sister-in- law, Carolyn Willard of Mount Airy and a special niece and nephew, Amanda Ring and Justin (Fred) Johnson. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 21, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel. The service will be conducted by Rev. David Heath and Rev. Ted Crotts with burial to follow in Ararat Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home on Friday from 12:30 until time for the service.
