Charles Ray Pack

Mr. Charles Ray Pack, age 65 of Pinnacle, passed away at his home on Monday August 26, 2024. He was born August 13, 1959, in Surry County to the late Columbus James Pack and Mecie Elizabeth Bowman Pack. Mr. Pack was a logger by trade but his favorite thing to do was to be with family and friends. Some of his favorite hobbies were carp fishing, going to the flea market, shooting pool, and being with his fur babies. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter and 2 sons-in-law, Alisha and Tim Bowman, and Jason Hodges; 8 grandchildren, Brianna Ladd and Grayson Williamson, Madison Goodson, Lilly Goodson, Caleb Bowman, Blake and Amber Bowman, Jessica and Ryan Stone, Jarred Bowman, and Aerial Hooker; 7 great-grandchildren, Kanie Williamson, Lydia Williamson, Anderson Stone, Everlee Stone, Braelyn Hodges, Isaiah Bowman, and Lydia Bowman; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda Faye and Poncho; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Stevie Lee Pack and Elizabeth, and Donnie Pack and Sharon; 6 nephews; 3 nieces; fur baby, Rocky; and several other family and friends. In addition to his parents, Mr. Pack was preceded in death by his daughter, Crytal Sue Pack Hodges. A service of worship and celebration will be held Saturday September 7, 2024, at Salvation Baptist Church at 2:00 with Pastor Jerry King officiating. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
