Mr. Chase Samuel Gammons, age 26, of Westfield went home to be with his heavenly father early Thursday morning, March 27, 2025. The peace that eluded him on earth can now be enjoyed for all eternity. He was born on November 23, 1998, in Forsyth County to Stephanie Semones Kimmel and Todd C. Gammons. Chase had a big heart, he was kind, hardworking, and willing to lend a hand in a time of need. Chase excelled at whatever he set his mind to accomplish. To those lucky enough to be on the receiving end of one of his hugs, consider yourself blessed. Mr. Gammons is survived by his mother and stepfather, Stephanie Kimmel and Tony; his father and stepmother, Todd Gammons and Tanya; brother, Hunter Gammons; step-grandmother, Sandy Kimmel; his furry, four-legged son, Castro. Chase is also survived by two of his best friends, Jill Chappell and Seth McBride. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Sylvian and Lovelene Combs Semones; paternal grandparents, Bobby W. Gammons and Bonnie Berrier Gammons. A celebration of Mr. Gammon’s life will be held Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at Skyline Memory Gardens at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Tommy Nichols officiating. There will be no formal visitation held at this time. In lieu of flowers, to honor the life of Chase, memorial donations can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Moody’s of Mount Airy is respectfully serving the Gammon’s family.
