Chelsie Lynn Thompson

Miss Chelsie Lynn Thompson, 18, of 135 West Lebanon Street, Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday morning, August 19, 2009. She was born August 12, 1991, in Blair County, PA, to Jeffrey Scott Thompson and Melissa Ann Smith Thompson. She was a 2009 graduate of Mount Airy High School and was employed at McDonald's. She is survived by her father, Jeffrey Scott "Jeff" Thompson of Bellwood, PA; her mother, Melissa Ann Smith Thompson of Bellwood, PA; a sister, Tia Nichole Thompson of Mount Airy; and her grandparents, Joann and James Patterson and Phyllis Smith, all of Bellwood, PA. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 22, 2009, at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Todd E. Byrd officiating. There will not be a formal visitation at the funeral home.
