Chris Paislee Shiver

Baby Chris Paislee Shiver, age 2 months and 22 days, was born April 24, 2018 in Forsyth County to Tailor Grant Shiver and Amber Nicole Moore Largen. She passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Vincent Chris Shiver and Richard Dale Moore, and her aunt, Brylee Nicole Zamora; great grandparents, Connie Lee Collins Smitherman and Margaret Surratt. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Harper Ainsley Shiver; brother, Koltin Dale Largen; grandparents Jennifer Smitherman Zamora, Donna Marie Allen, Samuel Lee McGlothren, David Leon Allen, Betty Surratt Allen; great grandparents, Kimber Grant Smitherman, Lyra Smitherman, Lawrence and Judy Shiver,Larry Moore, Carolyn Davis, Lee Barker, Kathy Gummelt, Bobby Gummelt, Carlos Surratt; aunts, Ashton Sutphlin, Caitlyn Moore, Ashely Zamora , Brylee Zamora, Zay'daha Zamora-Oritz and Gabby Moore; uncles, Austin Shiver, Kyle Zamora, Nathan Zamora, Bryant Zamora, Issac Moore,Cody Moore, Christian McGlothren. Visitation will be Friday, July 20, 2018 from 5-6 PM at Moody Davis Funeral Service in Dobson. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 6 PM in the Moody-Davis Chapel with Reverend Eddie Sawyers officiating.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to  the Duke Hospital PICU, 2301 Erwin Road, Durham NC 27710 or The Ronald McDonald House, 506 Alexander Avenue, Durham NC 27705.
