Christopher John Schuessler

Mr. Christopher John Schuessler, 92, of Mount Airy, passed away Friday, January 2, 2009, at Universal Health Care in King. Mr. Schuessler was born February 17, 1916, in Cleveland, OH, to John and Theresa Heuer Schuessler. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Roxann and John Moore of Mount Airy; a son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Donna Schuessler of Chelsea, MI; four grandchildren, Tess Schuessler, Kate Fitzgerald, Geoff Moore and wife, Maggie Stone Moore, and Kristin Kelly and husband, Simon Kelly; two great-grandsons, Christopher Lee Moore and Jonathan Scott Kelly; two sisters, June Breen of Bethlehem, GA, and Louise Mars of Bridgman, MI; and several beloved nieces and nephews. A memorial mass will be held Saturday, January 17, 2009, at 10:00 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church, with Father Eric Kowalski officiating.
