Mr. Cledus Cleveland "Bill" Outlaw, 68, of Dobson, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in Elkin. He was born January 12, 1942, in Union County, to the late the Rev. Jessie and Nellie Starnes Outlaw. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Clayton Outlaw of Monroe; and two sisters, Omi Virginia "Bob" Helms of Monroe and Elizabeth "Lib" Collins of Marshville. He is survived by two brothers, Dillon Outlaw of Waxhaw and Ralph Outlaw of Wingate. A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 24, 2010, at 11:00 AM at Zion Hill Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Mount Airy. Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson is serving the Outlaw family.
