Cody James Humble

Mr. Cody James Humble, 19, of 467 Long Branch Road, Claudville, VA, passed away Wednesday night, January 12, 2011, at his home. Mr. Humble was born May 24, 1991, in Green Lake County, WI, to William Albright and Dawn Johnson Humble. Cody graduated from Patrick County High School in 2009. He was formerly employed as an electrician at Triad Electric and was a member of The Remnant Worship Center. He is survived by his parents, William Albright and Dawn Johnson Humble of the home; a twin brother and his wife, Ryan Dalton and Lisa Humble of the home; a brother, Jeremy Lee Humble of the home; a half-sister, Crystal Strickland of High Rock Lake; a half-brother, Anthony Humble; his maternal stepgrandfather, Gordon Swanson of Springhill, FL; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Mr. Humble was preceded in death by an infant brother, Chad William Humble; his maternal grandmother, Janet Johnson Swanson; his maternal grandfather, Galen Johnson; and his paternal grandparents, Tom and Betty Humble. The funeral service will be held Sunday, January 16, 2011, at 3:00 PM at The Remnant Worship Center, with Dr. Rick Jackson officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 until 3:00 PM at The Remnant Worship Center. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the Humble family.
