Connie Inez Hiatt Clark

Mrs. Connie Inez Hiatt Clark age 93 of 260 Hiatt Road, Mt. Airy, NC passed away Friday, September 1, 2006 at Northern Hospital of Surry County. She was born July 15, 1913 in Surry County to the late Ephraim Arister Hiatt and Bertha Alice Lowe. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was retired from Adams Millis Hosiery. She is survived by four daughters and a son-in-law, Shirley Rose Clark, Mary Alice Clark and Edgar Griffin, Donna Noreen Clark, Ramona Inez Clark; two sons and a son-in-law, Reuben Ephraim Clark, and Phillip Judson Clark all of Mt. Airy, NC; 12 Grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Glenna Gaye Clark of Mt. Airy, NC. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her husband, Barney Burkett Clark, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Margie Evelyn and Hyden Clark and Cora Lee and Johnny Cook. A graveside service will be conducted Monday at 3:00 PM by Bishop J. C. Haymore at The Hiatt Family Cemetery on Sheep Farm Rd, Mt. Airy, NC. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3:30 until 4:30 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy, NC
