Cornelia Kay Jessup Norman

Mrs. Cornelia Kay Jessup Norman, age 58 of Westfield, wife of Mike Norman passed away Saturday, January 20, 2007 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem. Mrs. Norman was born January 19, 1949 in Surry County to Warren and Margie Bond Jessup. She was a member of Woodville Baptist Church; employed at Mt Airy Vision Center for 28 years; a charter member of Westfield Ruritan Club and a hospice volunteer for many years. Mrs. Norman is survived by her husband, Mike Norman of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Greg Taylor of Mt. Airy; two grandchildren, Olivia and Clay Taylor of Mt Airy; her parents, Warren and Margie Bond Jessup; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Brenda Mabe of Walnut Cove, Sandra and Chester Shelton of Mt Airy; a brother and sister-in-law, Dwight and Kelly Jessup of Pilot Mtn; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, January, 23, 2007 at Woodville Baptist Church by Rev. Keith Love with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy, NC.
