Crystal Ann Crouse Guynn

Mrs. Crystal Ann Crouse Guynn, 34 of Mount Airy, passed away Saturday February 11, 2017 at her home. She was born in Surry County on September 21, 1982 to Robin Boyd and Roscoe Gene Crouse. Mrs. Guynn is survived by her husband David Ray Guynn; her two daughters, Brooke Leigh Davis and Kaytlyn Marie Davis; her mother, Robin Boyd; her father and step-mother, Roscoe Crouse and Cheri; brother and sister-in-law, Bradley Crouse and Lindsey; two step-sisters, Danielle Landreth and Kayla Molina; her mother-in-law, Johnnie Guynn; and her sister-in-law, Brenda Hazelwood. Mrs. Guynn was preceded in death by the father of her children, Howard Billy Davis. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday evening February 14, 2017 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Salvation Baptist Church, 134 West Imogene Church Rd, Mount Airy, NC 27030. In lieu of flowers, the memorial donations may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, 401 Technology Lane Suite 200, Mount Airy, NC 27030.
