Curtis Gray Conner, Sr

Mr. Curtis Gray Conner, Sr. age 37 of 702 Creed Street, Mt. Airy passed away Friday, February 15, 2008 unexpectedly. He was born October 9, 1970 in Forsyth County to Clyde Conner and Sylvia Phillips Conner. He was owner and operator of C&C Handyman Service. Surviving are three daughters, Destany Conner, Pamela Willard and Ashley Conner all of Mt. Airy, two sons, Curtis G. Conner, Jr. and Kirkland Conner both of Mt. Airy, two grandchildren, Promise and Whisper Conner, Elkin, father, Clyde Conner, Mt. Airy and Sylvia Phillips Conner, Mt. Airy, grandmother, Lela Easter, Mt. Airy, a brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Rhonda Conner, Mt. Airy, special aunt and uncle, Clay and Libby Edwards, former wife, Anita Conner, Mt. Airy. Mr. Conner was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy Conner and two brothers, Clyde Conner and Junior Conner. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, February, 19, 2008 at Holy Cross Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Butch Holder and Rev. Eugene Brinkley. Burial will follow in the Peoples Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7-9 Monday night at Holy Cross Baptist Church where his body will remain until time of the service.
