Cynthia Dianne Sessoms

Ms. Cynthia Dianne Hauser Sessoms, 69, of Mount Airy, passed away early Friday morning, February 12, 2021, at her home.  Ms. Sessoms was born January 22, 1952, in Surry County, the oldest of four children born to the late James Wade Hauser, Sr. and Rosa Elizabeth Hodges Hauser.  Dianne worked as a quality control manager in the textile industry for many years.  She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Brent and Christine Casstevens of Mount Airy; a grandson and his fiancée, Zacary “Zac” Casstevens and Rhiannon Cox of Mount Airy; two great-grandchildren, Brantley Dean Casstevens and Skylan Ruth Casstevens, both of Mount Airy; and three brothers and two sisters-in-law, James Wade Hauser, Jr. of Ararat, Jeff and Margaret Hauser of Mount Airy, and Dr. John D. and Robin Hauser of Gastonia.  No formal visitation or service will be held.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Shepherd’s House, P.O. Box 1722, Mount Airy, NC  27030.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
