Daphney Payne Bullins

Mrs. Daphney Payne Bullins, age 54, of Dobson, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. She was born March 23, 1967, in King NC to the late Leonard Payne and the late Barbara Ann Moore Payne. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Teresa Ann Wallace. Mrs. Bullins was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and worked as a CNA and homemaker. Left to cherish her memories are husband, Wayne Bullins; daughter, Jess Bullins; her son, Chris Bullins; and her grandson, Brayden Bullins. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 18, 2022, from 1-2:00 PM at Moody-Davis Funeral Service. A service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Moody-Davis Chapel with Pastor Jonathan Casstevens officiating. Burial will follow in the Bullins Family Cemetery. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson is serving the Bullins family.
